Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days. Orders placed within the continental United States usually ship via UPS, which runs 1-3 days in transit. Rush and International shipping is available by request. We carefully package your artwork securely in a custom made shipping box.

RETURNS:

The Modern Art Shop takes great pride in our work and is all about creating happy customers. That’s why we offer a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t work out for you, we will work eagerly to make it right or provide you with an exchange or a full refund, your choice.

Please just contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and we’ll go from there.

For a return or an exchange please include the following when you contact us:

1. Your order number
2. Your reason for return or a brief description of the problem.
3. your preference for a replacement, exchange or a refund

* excludes commissioned original, or customized  art

While very rare in our experience, occasionally items may get damaged while in transit. If this should occur please contact us right away so that we may get a replacement out to you asap. Additionally, please follow the instructions below.

• Please retain the original packaging.
• Please take photos of all damage to the product and shipping box as they may be required by the shipping courier when we file a damage claim with them.

Returns or exchanges will typically only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Customer must contact us within 10 days of receiving their purchase to receive a return authorization.
• Return shipments must be received by us within 30 days of the customer receiving their purchase.
• Returns without prior authorization will not be honored
• Items must be returned in like new condition in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping charges are non refundable
• Returns not accepted for artwork or products that have been customized
