Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy, please let us know. We'll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. Contact us within 10 days of delivery and follow these simple steps.

To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:

  1. your order number
  2. a brief description of the problem
  3. your preference for a replacement or a refund

* excludes commissioned original, or customized  art

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Customer must contact us for instructions
  • Promptly take photos of all damages to the product and shipping box
  • Photos may be required so we may process a claim with the shipping company

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 10 days upon these terms and conditions.

    • Contact us prior to any return or exchange
    • Returns without correspondence will not be honored
    • Items must be returned in like new condition in original packaging
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
    • Shipping charges are non refundable
    • Does not apply to artwork that has been customized
